There are many benefits to eating healthy. According to Medical News Today, some of the top benefits are Heart Health, Reduced Cancer Risk, Improved Gut Health, Improved Memory and Weight Loss, to name a few. Of course, eating healthy is easier said than done! Well, that's where this challenge comes in. Get the encouragement and the accountability you need to keep your health on track. We will start the first week by adding more fruits, vegetables and water into our daily meal plan. The second week, we will build onto that and also reduce/eliminate added sugars, fried foods and fast food. The final week we will continue the what we were doing the previous 2 weeks, and add on daily activity. Feel free to share meals and post about your successes and struggles during the challenge so we can build each others up.
