Welcome to the challenge! For the month of June, we will be working on our arms, shoulders, chest and back. We will be strengthening them to make everyday tasks easier and of course to look good in a sleeveless shirt or dress. Haha! The challenge will cover the entire month of June and will include a series of 12 moves spread over 4 days and then resting on the 5th. This will be repeated, adding 1 rep to each move after the rest day, for the rest of the month. There are photos to guide you on how to do each move. On days where we have class, we will complete the moves together. Who's ready to GO!?!
