A regular workout routine is the best way to live a fit and healthy life, especially during the holidays. Join us for this 4 week fitness challenge that takes the guess work out of exercising, moving and staying fit during this holiday season. The core and leg exercises incorporate body weight only, so no equipment is needed for those. However, dumbbells can be used for the upper body exercises, but they are optional. Join the challenge and gain access to the Group Chat where we are able to encourage one another, ask questions and hold each other accountable. You can do this!
