Wall Squats are an effective exercise to strengthen your core, glutes, hamstrings, quads and inner thighs. You can do them anywhere; you just need a wall. Pushups strengthen the whole body, improves posture, burns calories and increases blood circulation. This challenge alternates between these 2 exercises for the next 31 days. You will start off slowly, working your way up throughout the month. No equipment is needed. If regular pushups are too challenging for you, use a wall to complete wall pushups.
