Are you ready to get outdoors and get moving? This challenge will gently introduce you to the world of running. You can choose to walk the entire program as well. The choice is yours, but walk or run, I encourage you to challenge yourself. This program set up as intervals and will ease those who choose to run into running longer by going back and forth between walking and running, increasing the running time as the month goes on.
