Join me as we complete this ab and step challenge for the next 30 days. The goal is to strengthen your core which leads to better balance and stability. The core muscle group includes the abdominals (Abs), back, hips and pelvis. These muscle work together. We also want to build cardiovascular health through walking or other cardio activities; reaching at least 7,000 steps/day. If you don't have a smart watch or pedometer, add a daily 20+ min walk, jog or cardio class. Finally, we will need to support these goals by identifying food(s) that we need to reduce/eliminate (i.e. fried foods, processed foods, added sugar, etc), and identify food(s) that we need to add to our diet to help stimulate our progress (i.e. water, colorful vegetables, fruit, etc). The foods you identify are up to you, based on your needs. Let's Do This!!!
