Our challenge contains all strength exercises, but there is an added benefit to working out when you combine cardio & strength? Strength helps with toning & building muscle, as well as helping with keeping the body functioning for everyday activities, such as lifting, standing, climbing stairs, etc. Cardio keeps our heart healthy, increases stamina and helps with weight loss. When the 2 are combined, the joint benefits are numerous. If you weren't able to join class today, take a walk (outside or on a treadmill), jump rope or run in place to get that heart pumping before completing the challenge moves. You can do it!
