Good Morning! Today we have a break from our challenge moves. If you are a little behind, use today to catch-up. If you are joining class today, we will be focusing on the Sweat portion of Sweat & Tone, and then we will have a nice stretching session (focusing on the muscles that we worked over the last 3 days).
