Good morning! You may have noticed that as of yesterday, some of the reps increased. The exercises that we are repeating have higher reps than those we have not done before. It's called progression (exercise progressions are extremely important in an exercise routine to continue providing stimulus to your muscles. Progressing will help you continue to see changes in your body and fitness level).
